The Commodores will be trying to break a two-game slide that includes a 12-point loss at SMU in which they blew a 12-point halftime lead, and a 72-68 overtime loss to Temple on Tuesday in which they shot a terrible 4-for-26 (15.4%) from 3-point land. Loyola has played a much tougher schedule and is probably the better team but this is going to be the first true road game for the Ramblers. Vanderbilt is coming off 2 poor performances in games that should have been winners which will have the team focused for a big upset. Despite the wins and losses this Vanderbilt team has a lot of talent that could give some of the top teams a run on any given day. Look for Vanderbilt to at least get the cover and possibly win outright.
