8:09 p.m. ET: Houston Astros (103-72) at Atlanta Braves (97-77)
Odds: Astros -105 / Braves -105
Total: 8.5 -115 / -105
The Houston Astros have already announced that veteran right-hander Zack Greinke will be the starter for Game 4 and the Braves have not announced a starter yet but many people seem to think that Kyle Wright will get the start. Regardless of who the starter is they will most likely only through an inning or two and then it will turn into a bullpen game. The Braves bullpen is tossing at a 1.98 ERA in 13.2 innings in this series. The Astros will have the pitching advantage in this game however Greinke has been inconsistent in recent outings. The veteran has only pitched 2.1 innings in this entire postseason. Greinke struggled late in the season and has given up 16 runs in his last 5 outings in a total of only 13.2 innings of work. The Braves are a tough team to beat at Truist Park with a perfect 6-0 home record this postseason. Atlanta as a team has a .254 career batting average against Greinke with 32 hits in 126 at-bats including 4 home runs by Rosario, Pederson, and d’Arnaud. Swanson has a career .444, Duvall has a .333, Soler has .333 as well. Look for the Braves to go up 3-1 on the series today.
