The Boilermakers have been led by sophomores Zach Edey and Jaden Ivey, who have combined to score 32.7 points per outing. The Seminoles are expected to be without starting point guard RayQuan Evans, starting center Tanor Ngom and backup center Naheem McLeod. Florida State can struggle to score at times and ranks 108th in offensive efficiency. Purdue is a strong defensive team and FSU can struggle to score at times which will leave the door wide open for Purdue to cover this large number.
