The 16th-ranked Roadrunners (8-0, 4-0 Conference USA) visit UTEP today. With a bye week behind them, the Roadrunners are now focused on the Miners (6-2, 3-1). Although UTEP took its first conference loss last week at Florida Atlantic, 28-25, they are still playing well enough to compete. UTEP head coach Dana Dimel went 1-11 in each of his first 2 years and has brought back many of the starters and here they are with a chance to upset undefeated UTSA. UTEP is 6-2 SU and ATS this season with the #8 defense in the nation, allowing only 295 yards per game. UTSA will be facing the pressure of staying undefeated in a tough spot. Look for UTEP to possibly pull off the win but take the points in this one.
