The Saints head into their second game of the season with a 1-0 record, but Payton and Company have taken more than their share of body blow in the past month. New Orleans faces the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte, N.C., coming off a dominating performance and dealing with more problems. Maybe the Saints won’t miss all of their assistant coaches who’ll be out this week due to COVID protocol but they will also be without Erik McCoy, Kwon Alexander, and Marcus Davenport. Marshon Lattimore is questionable as well. The public is all over New Orleans after its Week 1 game. The Saints silenced the critics with a blowout win against the reigning MVP. However, there has been an overreaction following that game. Carolina answered plenty of questions in its own right last week. Look for Carolina to get the cover and possibly win outright.
